Joululomalla oon saanut jo useita töitä alotettua ja lopetettua, sekä pääteltyä yhen vanhankin. Joulupukki toi myös lisää lankaa (3 vyyhtiä Jämsän huopatehtaan Paula käsityölankaa) ja eksyin tänään jo alennusmyyteihinkin (lanka ei kylläkään ollut alessa) hamstraamaan pari kerää Drops Delight -lankaa.
Tonttuhattuja tein kolme ylimpänä eka ja sen jälkeen kuvat järjestyksessä kohti vikana tehtyä. Ekan pipon tein kirjan nimen mukaan last-minute giftinä eli viime hetken lahjana. Veljen tytölle piti keksiä jotain pientä jouluksi (oltiin sovittu veljen kanssa ettei hommata mitään krääsää - oikeestaan oltiin sovittu että ei hommata mitään ennen joulua, mutta en voinut vastustaa kiusausta) ja päädyin tähän pipaan, koska kyseinen hattu on ollut Ravelryn To Do-listalla niin kauan kuin kirja on ollut mulla hyllyssä.
Pipot on neulottu kaksinkertaisella langalla ja silmukkamäärä otettu aina yhtä kokoa pienemmästä piposta, koska mulla ei ollut oikean kokoisia puikkoja.

Finally I've had time to knit, because I've been on Holiday! I started a few new projects and also finished an older one. Santa gave me a little yarn and also I bought a little today from the sales we have here after Christmas.
I made three Pointy Elf Hats. The first picture is from the one I made first and the second pic from the second hat and so on. The first was what the source books title is - a last-minute gift. I made it to my niece. I've wanted to knit the hat as long as I've had the book, but now I finally started the project and finished it too :)
The hats have been knitted with holding two strands of yarn together and I took the number of sts of a one size smaller hat because I didn't have the right size needles.
